Shipping to Japan
Orders will be shipped by Yamato Transport. If no date and time is specified, the order will usually be shipped in 1 to 3 business days*. *We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the delivery company's peak season (year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacations, long vacations, bad weather, and traffic conditions).

Shipping is free for purchases of ¥10,000 (tax inc.) or more per location within Japan only.
Overseas Shipping
Orders will be shipped via Japan Post International Mail.
For overseas deliveries, taxes, duties, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country, and you will be responsible for all such fees when you receive the product.

International shipping is free for purchases over ¥30,000 (tax inc.) per location.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that an item arrives that is different from your order, or if the delivered item is defective, we will replace the item or issue a refund. Please contact us from the form on the contact page with your order number and details within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of the replacement or refund.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer reasons, such as size or color exchanges. In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges of sale items.
