"A Love for Eye Motifs"

Among various eye motifs, I’ve always been especially fond of the “Lover’s Eye” — said to have originated in the 18th century when lovers, forbidden to marry due to religious differences, exchanged jewelry featuring a miniature painting of one’s eye.

Only the giver and the recipient knew its secret meaning — a deeply romantic gesture that adds to its timeless allure.

Typically, eye motifs can carry a mysterious or even eerie impression, but the Lover’s Eye is different. It gently conveys tenderness, as it represents the loving gaze directed only toward the one dearest to the wearer’s heart.

This design features an antique Lover’s Eye brooch printed on the back of a body with just the right fit and subtle thickness.

To evoke an antique feel, the colors are muted, complemented with delicate sparkles around the motif. The word "LOVE" and our brand's crest are subtly woven into the design.

By placing the print on the back, the eye watches silently — unseen by the wearer — adding a touch of hidden charm to the piece.
